Played some Monkey Island last night on the iPhone. Impressive port. Lucas needs to get the entire back catalog going (which I'm sure they are). Here are the next ones I'd most like:
- XWing/Tie Fighter/Xwing vs Tie Fighter
- Day of the Tentacle
- Indy and Last Crusade/Fate of Atlantis
- Monkey Island 3 (Curse of Monkey Island)
- Full Throttle (my favorite lucasarts adventure game of all time)
I'd like Monkey Island 2, but the first one is plenty to tide me over; and 3 is better than 2 in many ways. Grim Fandango and Monkey Island 4 (Escape from Monkey Island) would be awesome, but are more challenging ports.
Hey, now that all the old Lucasarts adventures are coming back, we all have a reason to visit MixnMojo, my favorite Lucasarts fan site! I love that site. I hope they get a nice spike in traffic -- don't you just love it when old fan sites get a nice bump when old games and franchises are brought back :)
